An interactive AR game was designed to enhance consumer engagement with the Cetaphil brand. Users interact with a white-coat protagonist to learn about Cetaphil’s leadership in the face wash category, explore personalized product recommendations, and receive detailed product information. The experience includes promotional incentives and a seamless redirection to e-commerce for immediate purchase. The efforts received high appreciation for creatively merging education, engagement, and conversion within a single immersive experience.
