Our Mixed Reality training solution bridges the gap between physical workshop learning and digital precision guidance. Using MR headsets, technicians step into a hybrid world where real-world tools and virtual engine overlays work in perfect sync.

Trainees interact with:

  • A full-scale Volvo engine replica, virtually overlaid in 3D onto real space
  • Step-by-step procedures for diagnostics, part replacements, fluid checks, and error code interpretation
  • Hand-tracking and spatial guidance, allowing natural interaction with bolts, belts, filters, and control systems
  • Instant feedback and correction prompts to reduce guesswork and reinforce accuracy

Developed in collaboration with EON Reality, the module was optimized for:

  • Realistic engine behavior simulation
  • Instructor or self-paced training flows
  • Performance tracking for both individuals and teams
